Returns & Refund Policy

USE OF PRODUCT

Colour Me Tender does not guarantee their products are bleed proof (ink bleeding through to the other side of the cards). Colour Me Tender recommends theh use of water-based markets, pencils or crayons to reduce the risk of bleeding but de don't guarantee against user error. 

 It is the customer's responsibility to test and check the pens used to guarantee no bleeding occurs.  Colour Me Tender is not responsible for the replacement of cards or products that have been used, drawn, written in or coloured using pens, markers and pencils unless they fall within the described returns criteria in the returns policy listed below. 

Returns and Refunds Policy

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged on arrival. We do not refund, exchange or cancel orders for change of mind or for digital products.

Replacements (if applicable)

In the rare event that your cards are defective or damaged on arrival and you require a replacement please contact us via email and we can arrange a replacement to be sent as soon as possible.

Refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
